    withoutlimitations asked: Yoooooooooo! How's it going, I'm some random American guy heading to Korea in three weeks O_O for that whole English teaching thing (in Yongin-si)

    I stumbled on your blog and was wondering if you had any like...."OMG I TOTALLY WISH I PACKED THIS!!" type advice+general tips and tricks?

    Oh and (I know I'm asking a lot, sorry!) do you have any tumblr blog recommendations, especially from foreign males in Korea? The only foreigner in Korea blogs I follow are female, and it'd be nice to get some input from someone who'll have a perhaps more similar experience to me down in the Koreatown, you know?

    Hi Milo! 

    Welcome! I’m not sure how long this has been in my ask box but I hope I can answer before you get here. I am not sure how tall you are but I am constantly wishing I had packed more pants/shoes. Being around 6ft tall it is very hard to find pants and pretty much impossible to find footwear without having it shipped in from outside. Otherwise most of the stuff I get back home, I am able to find some version of it here. 

    Since you are only about 40 mins out of Seoul, where you can buy basically anything under the sun you should be okay.

    Most of my guy friends didn’t really miss anything except maybe their favorite kind of typically “Western” foods like Kraft Dinner or other kinds of snacks. Or electronics. Most websites will tell you condoms and underwear. It seems much easier for a guy than for the ladies.

    One thing I am glad I purchased was an e-reader since English books can be really expensive to buy here. 

    I’m sorry if I haven’t been been much help, but I’ve been here for such a while that now all I can think of is what I’ll miss from here! 

    Followers… do you have any further advice/blog suggestions for Milo?
